2. Information we collect
When you submit the audit application form, request a fit call, or contact us by email, we may collect the information you provide, including:
- name
- work email address
- company name
- company website
- role or job title
- product category
- approximate number of SKUs
- whether your company is evaluating DPP providers
- your main concern, such as supplier data, vendor lock-in, publishing, or data structure
- whether you would consider the €350 Starter Audit if there is a fit
- any optional message you submit
3. How we use the information
We use this information to:
- respond to audit applications and fit call requests
- assess whether there is a good fit for the DPP Portability Starter Audit
- communicate next steps if there is a fit
- prepare and deliver the audit if you decide to proceed
- improve DPPPorter's positioning, landing page, and future product direction
- keep basic business records where necessary
4. Form processing
Form submissions on this website are processed directly by DPPPorter's own backend and stored in our database. We do not use third-party form handling providers for application submissions.
5. Email and CRM tools
We use Brevo (transactional email service) to send internal notifications when new applications are received. We may also use CRM tools to manage communication with leads, audit applicants, and customers. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics with measurement ID to understand page visits and basic usage patterns. Google may process usage data according to its own policies. We use this information to understand whether the landing page is useful and to improve the DPPPorter Starter Audit offer.
You can limit analytics tracking through your browser settings, privacy extensions, or other tracking-prevention tools.
7. Legal basis
Depending on the context, we process information based on one or more of the following:
- your consent when you submit a form or contact us
