1. Current offer

DPPPorter currently offers a launch-stage service called the DPP Portability Starter Audit. The audit is designed to help selected teams assess product data readiness, supplier evidence gaps, and vendor lock-in risks before committing to a Digital Product Passport provider.

2. Audit scope

The Starter Audit may include:

  • review of up to 3 products/SKUs
  • product data readiness review
  • supplier evidence gap map
  • vendor lock-in risk map
  • portable CSV/JSON starter structure
  • sample DPP-ready product record
  • recommended next steps
  • optional static HTML sample page

3. Price and payment

The introductory pilot price is €350 excl. VAT, where applicable. Payment is handled manually by invoice after scope confirmation. No online payment is required through the website during the pilot phase.

The pilot price and scope may change after the launch-stage validation period.

4. What this is not

The Starter Audit is not:

  • legal advice
  • a legal compliance audit
  • a regulatory certification
  • a certification of ESPR or DPP compliance
  • a DPP hosting service
  • a DPP backup provider service
  • a replacement for qualified legal, regulatory, or compliance advisors

5. No compliance guarantee

DPPPorter does not guarantee that a customer will comply with ESPR, Digital Product Passport requirements, delegated acts, marketplace requirements, provider requirements, or any other legal or regulatory obligation.

The audit focuses on product data readiness, supplier evidence, portability, and vendor lock-in risk. Legal interpretation remains the customer's responsibility.

6. Customer responsibility

The customer remains responsible for:

  • the accuracy of product data and supplier information
  • legal and regulatory interpretation
  • final provider selection
  • publication, hosting, backup, and compliance decisions
  • supplier claims, certificates, and declarations
  • decisions made based on audit deliverables

7. Deliverables

Deliverables may be provided as PDF or Google Doc, Google Sheet or CSV, JSON sample, and optional static HTML sample. Deliverables are practical and informational; they are not official compliance documents.

8. Customer materials

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any materials, files, product data, supplier declarations, or documents shared with DPPPorter may be shared for the purpose of the audit.

9. Confidentiality

DPPPorter will treat non-public customer materials shared for the audit as confidential and will use them only to assess fit, prepare the audit, and deliver the agreed output.

10. Intellectual property

The customer may use the deliverables created for them as part of the Starter Audit for their internal business purposes, provider evaluation, and DPP preparation.

DPPPorter retains ownership of its general methods, templates, know-how, frameworks, and reusable structures. DPPPorter may use anonymised learnings and patterns to improve the service and future product.

11. Future platform

DPPPorter may develop SaaS features in the future, including a portable record workspace, supplier request portal, customer-controlled publishing, and provider/export connectors. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, these future capabilities should not be treated as currently available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPPPorter's liability is limited to the audit fee paid. DPPPorter is not liable for regulatory penalties, missed deadlines, provider selection outcomes, compliance failures, supplier misstatements, indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from reliance on audit deliverables.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated as DPPPorter evolves. The applicable terms for a paid audit are those communicated or linked at the time the scope is confirmed.
